Section 1 Title, commencement and interpretation

(1) The title of these Regulations is the Teachers’ Qualifications (Amendment) (Wales) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.

(2) These Regulations come into force on IP completion day.

(3) In these Regulations, “IP completion day” has the meaning given in section 39(1) to (5) of the European Union (Withdrawal Agreement) Act 2020 .

Section 2 Amendment of the Teachers’ Qualifications (Amendment) (Wales) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

(1) Regulation 3(2) of the Teachers’ Qualifications (Amendment) (Wales) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 is amended as follows.

(2) In sub-paragraph (1)(c) of the substituted paragraph 4 of Schedule 2, for “paragraph 48” substitute “paragraph 50 or paragraph 51”.
