Section 1Title and interpretation

(1) The title of this Order is the Code of Practice in relation to the performance and improvement of social services in Wales (Appointed Day) (Wales) Order 2020.

(2) In this Order, “the Code of Practice” means the Code of Practice in relation to the performance and improvement of social services in Wales, a draft of which was laid before the National Assembly for Wales on 11 February 2020 and issued by the Welsh Ministers on 31 March 2020.

Section 2Appointed day

The day appointed for the coming into force of the Code of Practice is 1 April 2020.
