(1) The title of this Order is the Revised Code of Practice on the exercise of social services functions in relation to Part 4 (direct payments and choice of accommodation) and Part 5 (charging and financial assessment) of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 (Appointed Day) Order 2020.
(2) In this Order, “the Revised Code” means the Code of Practice on the exercise of social services functions in relation to Part 4 (direct payments and choice of accommodation) and Part 5 (charging and financial assessment) of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014, a draft of which was laid, in accordance with section 146(2) of that Act, before the National Assembly for Wales on 12 February 2020 and was issued by the Welsh Ministers on 3 April 2020.
