Section 1 Title and coming into force

(1) The title of these Regulations is the Children and Families (Wales) Measure 2010 (Amendment to the List of Welsh Authorities) Regulations 2021.

(2) These Regulations come into force on 3 December 2021.

Section 2 Amendment of the Children and Families (Wales) Measure 2010

In section 6(1) of the Children and Families (Wales) Measure 2010 , after paragraph (b) insert—

(ba) a corporate joint committee established by regulations made under Part 5 of the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021 (asc 1);
