Section 1Title and commencement

(1) The title of these Regulations is the Nurse Staffing Levels (Extension of Situations) (Wales) Regulations 2021.

(2) These Regulations come into force on 1 October 2021.

Section 2Specified situations for nursing services

Paediatric inpatient wards are specified as a situation to which the duties under section 25B of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006 apply.
