Section 1 Title and commencement

(1) The title of these Regulations is the Trade in Animals and Related Products (Wales) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2021.

(2) These Regulations come into force on 31 March 2021.

Section 2 The Trade in Animals and Related Products (Wales) Regulations 2011

(1) The Trade in Animals and Related Products (Wales) Regulations 2011 are amended as follows.

(2) In Schedule 5—

(a) in paragraph 5(3), for “1 April 2021” substitute “31 July 2021”;

(b) in paragraph 6(1)(c), for “1 April 2021” substitute “31 July 2021”.
