Section 1Title and interpretation
(1) The title of this Order is the Nurse Staffing Levels (Wales) Act 2016 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2021.
(2) In this Order, “the Act” means the Nurse Staffing Levels (Wales) Act 2016.
