Section 1 Title, commencement and interpretation

(1) The title of these Regulations is the Non-Domestic Rating Contributions (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and they come into force on 31 December 2022.

(2) In these Regulations, “ the 1992 Regulations ” means the Non-Domestic Rating Contributions (Wales) Regulations 1992 .

Section 2 Amendment to the 1992 Regulations

(1) The 1992 Regulations are amended as follows in relation to the financial years beginning on or after 1 April 2023.

(2) For Schedule 4 to the 1992 Regulations (adult population figures) substitute the Schedule to these Regulations.
