Section 1Title and coming into force
(1) The title of these Regulations is the South East Wales Corporate Joint Committee (Amendment) Regulations 2022.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 18 February 2022.

Section 2Amendment of the South East Wales Corporate Joint Committee Regulations 2021
(1) The South East Wales Corporate Joint Committee Regulations 2021 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 1(3) (commencement of provisions conferring certain functions on the corporate joint committee)—
(a) for “28 February” substitute “30 June” , and
(b) in sub-paragraph (d) omit “11,”.
