Section 1Title and commencement
(1) The title of this Order is the Government of Wales Act 2006 (Budget Motions and Designated Bodies) (Amendment) Order 2023.
(2) This Order comes into force on 13 February 2023.

(1) The Government of Wales Act 2006 (Budget Motions and Designated Bodies) Order 2018 is amended as follows.
(2) In the Schedule (Designated Bodies), at the appropriate places insert—
