(1) The title of this Order is the Revised Code of Practice on the exercise of social services functions in relation to Part 4 (direct payments and choice of accommodation) and Part 5 (charging and financial assessment) of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 (Appointed Day) Order 2023.
(2) In this Order, “ the Revised Code ” means the Code of Practice on the exercise of social services functions in relation to Part 4 (direct payments and choice of accommodation) and Part 5 (charging and financial assessment) of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014, a draft of which was laid, in accordance with section 146(2) of that Act, before Senedd Cymru on 25 January 2023 and was issued by the Welsh Ministers on 29 March 2023.
