Section 1 Title and interpretation

(1) The title of this Order is the Social Partnership and Public Procurement (Wales) Act 2023 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2023.

(2) In this Order, “ the Act ” means the Social Partnership and Public Procurement (Wales) Act 2023.

(h) section 8;

(i) section 11;

(j) section 12;

(k) section 13;

(l) section 14;

(m) section 46;

(n) section 47;

(o) section 49.

Section 3 Provisions coming into force on 1 April 2024

The following provisions of the Act come into force on 1 April 2024—

(a) section 15;

(b) section 16;

(c) section 18;

(d) section 20.
