Section 1Title, coming into force and application

(1) The title of these Regulations is the Non-Domestic Rating Contributions (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2025.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 31 December 2025.
(3) These Regulations apply in relation to a financial year beginning with or after 1 April 2026.

Section 2Amendment to the Non-Domestic Rating Contributions (Wales) Regulations 1992

For Schedule 4 to the Non-Domestic Rating Contributions (Wales) Regulations 1992 (adult population figures) substitute the Schedule to these Regulations.
