Section 1Title and interpretation

(1) The title of this Order is the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2025.

(2) In this Order, “ the Act ” means the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016.

Section 2Appointed day

31 March 2025 is the appointed day for the coming into force of section 160(5) of the Act.
