(1) The title of this Order is the Foot-and-Mouth Disease (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2025.
(2) This Order comes into force on 3 April 2025.

(1) The Foot-and-Mouth Disease (Wales) Order 2006 is amended as follows.
(2) In article 16(1) (declaration of a temporary control zone) for “must” substitute “may” .
