s 131Z Disciplinary measures
For the purposes of enforcing a requirement imposed by or under this Part, Part 14 (disciplinary measures) applies as if— (a) any reference to an authorised person includes a person designated for the purposes of this Part (whether or not that person is an authorised person), and (b) section 206A (suspending permission to carry on regulated activities etc) were omitted.
