In section 1B(2) “ the relevant markets ” means— (a) the financial markets, (b) the markets for regulated financial services (see section 1H(2)), and (c) the markets for services that are provided by persons other than authorised persons in carrying on regulated activities but are provided without contravening the general prohibition.
