(1) After a statement under section 205(1) is published, the regulator concerned must send a copy of it to the authorised person and to any person on whom a copy of the decision notice was given under section 393(4). (2) After a statement under section 205(2) is published, the FCA must send a copy of it to the person to whom the statement relates and to any person to whom a copy of the decision notice was given under section 393(4).
