s 404G Power to widen the scope of consumer redress schemes
(1) The Treasury may by order amend the definition of “relevant firms” in section 404 or the definition of “consumers” in section 404E (or both). (2) An order under this section may make consequential amendments of any provision of sections 404 to 404F.
