s 425B Consumers: regulated activities carried on by others
(1) This section has effect for the purposes of the provisions of this Act which apply this section. (2) “ Consumers ” means persons who, in relation to regulated activities carried on otherwise than by authorised persons, would be consumers as defined by section 425A if the activities were carried on by authorised persons.
