reg 92 Announcement of findings
(1) The finding of the court on each charge shall be announced in open court; and the judge advocate shall sign a record of the findings. (2) Where no finding is recorded on a charge, the court may direct that the charge is to lie on the file, not to be proceeded with without the leave of the court or the Court Martial.
