reg 64 Restrictive measures
When enforcing these Regulations, an enforcing authority must comply with the requirements of Article 21 of RAMS (as amended from time to time) in relation to any measure to— (a) prohibit or restrict radio equipment being made available on the market, (b) withdraw radio equipment, or (c) recall radio equipment.
