reg 66 Penalties
(1) Subject to paragraph (2), a person guilty of an offence under regulation 65 is liable on summary conviction— (a) in England and Wales, to a fine or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or to both, (b) in Scotland and Northern Ireland, to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or to both. (2) A person guilty of an offence under regulations 11, 16, 28, 29 and 35 is liable on summary conviction— (a) in England and Wales, to a fine, (b) in Scotland and Northern Ireland, to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
