(1) The Consumer Rights Act 2015 is amended as follows. (2) In paragraph 10 of Schedule 5— (a) omit the entry “paragraph 1(1)(b) or (2)(b) or 2 of Schedule 9 to the Radio Equipment and Telecommunications Terminal Equipment Regulations 2000 (SI 2000/730)”, and (b) at the appropriate place insert— regulation 56(1)(a)(ii) or (b)(ii) or (2) of the Radio Equipment Regulations 2017 (S.I. 2017/1206)
