Sch 10 para 3 Application of Schedule 5 to the Consumer Rights Act 2015
Schedule 5 to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (investigatory powers etc) applies to OFCOM as if— (a) OFCOM were a domestic enforcer within the meaning of that Schedule, and (b) the enforcer's legislation within the meaning of that Schedule, in relation to OFCOM, were the legislation and notices which, by virtue of regulation 56(1)(a)(i) or (b)(i), OFCOM has a duty or power to enforce.
