(1) The manufacturer must affix the UK marking in accordance with regulations 39 (prohibition on improper use of UK marking) and 44 ( UK marking) to each item of radio equipment that is in conformity with the type described in the Type examination certificate and satisfies the applicable requirements of these Regulations.
