Sch 4 para 8 Authorised representative
The manufacturer's obligations set out in paragraphs 3(1) and (9), 5 and 6 may be fulfilled by the manufacturer's authorised representative, on the manufacturer's behalf and under the manufacturer's responsibility, provided that they are specified in the mandate.
