Sch 10 para 10 Human Medicines Regulations 2012
(1) The Human Medicines Regulations 2012 are amended as follows. (2) In regulation 8(1) in the definition of radiation emergency for “Radiation (Emergency Preparedness and Public Information) Regulations 2001” substitute “ Radiation (Emergency Preparedness and Public Information) Regulations 2019 ” . (3) In the entry numbered 19 in the first column of the table in Part 5 of Schedule 17 for “Radiation (Emergency Preparedness and Public Information) Regulations 2001” substitute “ Radiation (Emergency Preparedness and Public Information) Regulations 2019 ” .
