Regulation 37 of the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986 is amended as follows— (a) in paragraph (5)(k) omit “radiation accident or” in both place it occurs; and (b) in paragraph (9A) for the definition of “radiation accident” and “radiation emergency” substitute— “ radiation emergency ” has the same meaning as in the Radiation (Emergency Preparedness and Public Information) Regulations 2019.
