In regulation 4A(2)(aa) of the Health and Safety (Enforcing Authority) Regulations 1998 for “Radiation (Emergency Preparedness and Public Information) Regulations 2001” substitute “ Radiation (Emergency Preparedness and Public Information) Regulations 2019 ” .
