In regulation 4(2)(a) of the Ionising Radiation (Basic Safety Standards) (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2018 for “paragraph (2) of regulation 13 (implementation of emergency plans) of the Radiation (Emergency Preparedness and Public Information) Regulations 2001” substitute “ paragraph (3) of regulation 17 of the Radiation (Emergency Preparedness and Public Information) Regulations 2019 ” .
