Sch 10 para 11 Infrastructure Planning (Interested Parties and Miscellaneous Prescribed Provisions) Regulations 2015
The table in Part 2 of Schedule 2 to the Infrastructure Planning (Interested Parties and Miscellaneous Prescribed Provisions) Regulations 2015 is amended as follows— (a) in column 1 for “Radiation (Emergency Preparedness and Public Information) Regulations 2001” substitute “ Radiation (Emergency Preparedness and Public Information) Regulations 2019 ” ; and (b) for column 2 of the entry for “Radiation (Emergency Preparedness and Public Information) Regulations 2001” substitute— Any evaluation required under regulation 4 (hazard evaluation) Any assessment required under regulation 5 (consequence assessment) Any assessment required under regulation 6 (review of hazard evaluation and consequence assessment)
