Sch 10 para 9 Local Government (Structural Changes) (Transitional Arrangements) (No. 2) Regulations 2008
(1) Regulation 11 of the Local Government (Structural Changes) (Transitional Arrangements) (No. 2) Regulations 2008 is amended as follows. (2) In paragraph (2)(c) for “regulation 9 of the Radiation (Emergency Preparedness and Public Information) Regulations (“ the 2001 Regulations ”) substitute “ regulation 11 of the Radiation (Emergency Preparedness and Public Information) Regulations 2019 (“ the 2019 Regulations ”) ” . (3) In paragraph 4— (a) in sub-paragraph (a) for “2001” substitute “ 2019 ” ; (b) in sub-paragraph (b) from “an assessment” to the end, substitute “ an evaluation or an assessment made by the operator under regulation 4 or 6 of the 2019 Regulations which does not reveal the potential for the occurrence of a radiation emergency ” . (4) In paragraph 5 for “2001” substitute “ 2019 ” .
