Sch 10 para 8 Radioactive Contaminated Land (Scotland) Regulations 2007
In regulation 15 of the Radioactive Contaminated Land (Scotland) Regulations 2007 in the inserted subsection 7(a) for “regulation 12(2) of the Radiation (Emergency Preparedness and Public Information) Regulations 2001” substitute “ regulation 17(3) of the Radiation (Emergency Preparedness and Public Information) Regulations 2019 ” .
