CIRCULAR
AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CERTAIN ARTICLES OF THE CIRCULAR NO. 30/2018/TT-BYT DATED OCTOBER 30, 2018 OF THE MINISTER OF HEALTH, ADOPTING THE SCHEDULE, PAYMENT RATES, CONDITIONS OF MODERN DRUGS, BIOLOGICALS, RADIOPHARMACEUTICALS AND TRACERS UNDER HEALTH INSURANCE POLICYHOLDERS’ RECEIVED COVERAGE
Pursuant to the Law on Health Insurance No. 25/2008/QH12 dated November 14, 2008 that is amended and supplemented by the Law No. 46/2014/QH13 dated June 13, 2014;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 75/2017/ND-CP dated June 20, 2017, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
Upon the request of the Director of the Health Insurance Authority,
The Minister of Health hereby promulgates the Circular amending and supplementing certain Articles of the Circular No. 30/2018/TT-BYT dated October 30, 2018 of the Minister of Health, adopting the schedule, payment rates, conditions of modern drugs, biologicals, radiopharmaceuticals and tracers under health insurance policyholders’ received coverage,
Article 1. Amending and supplementing point a and b of clause 7 of Article 4 in the Circular No. 30/2018/TT-BYT dated October 30, 2018 of the Minister of Health, adopting the schedule, payment rates, conditions of modern drugs, biologicals, radiopharmaceuticals and tracers under health insurance policyholders’ received coverage (hereinafter referred to as Circular No. 30/2018/TT-BYT) as follows:
a) Active ingredients contained in the Schedule stated in Appendix 01 or 02;

In the course of implementation of this Circular, should there be any query or difficulty, entities, organizations and persons should inform the Ministry of Health in writing to seek its review and possible solutions./.
