何謂共同海損（General Average）？另請說明共同海損費用保險（General Average Disbursement Insurance）以及小額共同海損條款（General Average Absorption Clause）之意義，以及兩者在共同海損案件中之應用。（25 分）

船舶海上航行時不幸發生火災，船舶上的貨載也因遭遇火災而毀損，請 分別就英國Institute Cargo Clause, 2009、英國Institute Time Clause, 1983 以 及P&I，說明火災發生後之保險賠償責任與可能的代位求償情況。（25 分）

請翻譯下列英文：（每小題10 分，共30 分） Notice of abandonment must be given with reasonable diligence after the receipt of reliable information of the loss, but where the information is of a doubtful character the assured is entitled to a reasonable time to make inquiry. Where, under the same policy, a partial loss, which has not been repaired or otherwise made good, is followed by a total loss, the assured can only recover in respect of the total loss. This insurance indemnifies the Assured, in respect of any risk insured herein, against liability incurred under any Both to Blame Collision Clause in the contract of carriage. In the event of any claim by carriers under the said Clause, the Assured agree to notify the insurers who shall have the right, at their own cost and expense, to defend the Assured against such claim.
