I. - Les dispositions du titre IV du livre II sont applicables de plein droit à Saint-Barthélemy, à l'exception des articles A. 243-3 à A. 243-5, A. 243-11, A. 243-12, A. 243-17 et A. 243-18 qui ne sont pas applicables. II. - Pour l'application du I : 1° A l'article A. 243-14 : a) Au troisième alinéa, les mots : « et 3 » sont supprimés ; b) Le sixième alinéa est supprimé ; 2° A l'article A. 243-15 : a) Au cinquième alinéa, les mots : « et 3 » sont supprimés » ; b) Le huitième alinéa est supprimé.
