It is intended that this Preliminary Agreement is to be superseded by an Agreement for Sale and Purchase (“the Agreement”) to be executed — (a) by the Purchaser on or before [insert date] (i.e. the fifth working day after the date on which this Preliminary Agreement is signed); and (b) by the Vendor on or before [insert date] (i.e. the eighth working day after the date on which this Preliminary Agreement is signed).
