The Vendor warrants — (a) that the fittings, finishes and appliances as set out in clause 19 will be incorporated into the Property; (b) that the Property will be as shown on the plan attached to this Agreement and the measurements of the Property will be those set out in clause 7; and (c) that the Vendor shall provide the communal *[and recreational] facilities as set out in clause 20.
