If any date stipulated for payment in this Agreement or the day on which completion of the sale and purchase is to take place as provided in this Agreement falls on a day that is not a business day or on a day on which Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued at any time between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., such date for payment or completion of the sale and purchase is automatically postponed to the immediately following day that is a business day and on which no Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued at any time between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
