司法獨立即審判獨立，為了確保法官審判獨立，憲法本文，增修條文與司法院大法 官解釋曾分別從法官的身分（8 分），法官的職務（8 分），與法院（司法）的預 算（8 分）等角度予以制度性設計與解釋，試分別說明之。
英譯中： South-East Asia’s low-cost airlines have gone from feast to famine. In just ten years, low- cost carriers’ share of the region’s aviation market has soared from almost nothing to 58%. The rise of low-cost carriers reflects the demand for flying in an increasingly well-off part of the world.
